Returns & Exchanges
At wickedthemusicalstore.com, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund. The item must be in the original, unopened package, and you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization, for the item to be received and accepted for a refund.
If apparel, the item cannot be worn or washed. A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
Customers outside the U.S., please note that you are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and/or duties. Import fees may be billed to you by the carrier fulfilling your shipment. The listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only. No refunds will be issued for orders for which you are unable or unwilling to pay the additional duties and taxes which your government requires.
How to Return an Item
To request a return or exchange for any reason, please email us using the Contact Us form and we will issue a Return Authorization. When returning your item, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
